Tom McGregor

Tom McGregor is an experienced professional in sports development and community engagement, currently serving as the Ballarat Development Officer for the Western Bulldogs since July 2017. In this role, Tom focuses on organizing AFL clinics, running community events, and mentoring volunteers. As a Co-Founder and Certified Personal Trainer at Next Step PT, Tom demonstrates a commitment to fitness and education. Additionally, Tom holds the position of Lead Game Development Officer at AFL Victoria, where responsibilities include assisting holiday programs and supporting local Auskick initiatives. Previous roles encompass managing operations for the Maryborough Castlemaine DFNL and overseeing administration tasks at Ballarat FNL. Tom’s educational background includes multiple diplomas in Sport Development and Fitness, as well as certificates in Community Recreation and Activity Programs.
