Anne Oxenreider

Anne Oxenreider is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in leadership, research, and program development. Currently serving as a Coach at Achieving the Dream since June 2022, Anne previously held the position of Executive Director for Research and Planning at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, where responsibilities included designing strategic planning experiences and conducting impactful analyses on state policies affecting underserved students. Anne's prior roles encompass significant contributions as a QEP Evaluator at SACSCOC, Director of Institutional Assessment and Accreditation at Isothermal Community College, and various teaching and advisory positions at Western Carolina University and Montreat College. With a strong educational background, including a Master of English in Rhetoric and Composition and a Master of Education focusing on Adult Learning, Anne has demonstrated expertise in enhancing student retention, successful grant writing, and managing educational programs.
