Roman Uglehus

Roman Uglehus is an experienced professional in video operations and content management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Video Operations at Western Carolina University since April 2024. Previously, Roman worked as a Content Manager at Lead Prosper from October 2023 to April 2024, and as a Broadcast Assistant for UNC Asheville Athletics from August 2021 to June 2023. Earlier roles include a Broadcasting Intern with Asheville City Soccer Club and Sports Editor for The Blue Banner, UNC Asheville’s student newspaper. Roman also gained experience as an Athletic Multimedia Student Assistant at UNC Asheville Athletics, focusing on game day multimedia for ESPN+ livestreams. Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of North Carolina Asheville and has additional education from The International Center.
