Etecia Burrell is a dedicated health education professional with extensive experience in cultural and linguistic services, quality improvement, and community-based health initiatives. Currently serving as a Grievance & Appeals Reviewer for the San Francisco Health Plan, Etecia is responsible for evaluating grievances related to cultural and linguistic services while also facilitating quality improvement measures. As the Founder and Birth Support Specialist at Letthemflourish, Etecia develops health education programs focusing on under-resourced communities in the Bay Area. Previous roles include research assistant positions at the University of California, San Francisco, and program management at organizations such as Brooklyn Prospect Charter School and Farms to Grow Inc., demonstrating strong skills in curriculum development, program management, and community engagement. Etecia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Saint Mary's College of California.
