Mike Culak

Mike Culak possesses extensive experience in production and quality management within industrial operations. At Western Container Corporation since October 2017, Mike has held key roles including Plant Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Production Coordinator. Prior to this, Mike served as Production Manager at G&K Services for over 20 years, overseeing productivity, quality, and safety for more than 40 direct reports in a large-scale industrial laundry setting. Earlier experience includes a role as Production Supervisor at UPS, focusing on productivity management and employee training. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from The University of New Mexico.
