Bui-Duquette Thanh

Bui-Duquette Thanh has a diverse work experience. From 2016 to the present, they served as the Head Start Director at Western Dairyland EOC, Inc. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2016, they were the Business Manager at the same company. Before joining Western Dairyland EOC, Inc., they worked as a Victim Advocate at New Horizons Shelter and Outreach Centers from 2009 to 2012. In 2009, they also completed an internship at the same organization. In addition, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse from 2008 to 2009.

Bui-Duquette Thanh began their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Bui-Duquette studied at the university from 2001 to 2006. Bui-Duquette later pursued a Master's degree in Public Health from the same university, attending from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Bui-Duquette Thanh has also obtained several certifications. Bui-Duquette completed the Supervisory Management Certificate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in June 2016. In September 2015, they obtained a Non-profit Leadership Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education.

Furthermore, they completed the Results Oriented Management & Accountability (ROMA) Training offered by the Wisconsin Community Action Program Association in December 2014. In July 2014, they participated in the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Head Start Management Fellows Program, conducted by the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Lastly, in April 2014, they completed the In-Depth Review of the Office of Management & Budget Uniform Guidance 2CFR Part 200 provided by Wipfli LLP.
