Lance Perry

Lance Perry has extensive experience in the financial and mortgage industry. Lance began their career at Long Beach Mortgage as a Collections Manager, overseeing a staff of 42 associates and managing a portfolio of 38,000 loans. Lance then moved on to Option One Mortgage, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Collections, responsible for managing 295 associates and controlling delinquency for a portfolio of 192,000 loans. Lance also worked at London Bridge Group as a Product Manager, overseeing the management of mortgage software departments and establishing service and support standards for clients. Lance further expanded their expertise at New Century Mortgage as the Assistant Vice President of Collections, managing a collection call center and implementing operational efficiencies. Lance then joined National Creditors Connection Inc. as the Director of Loss Mitigation and later Director of Business Development, where they managed call centers and supported the sales team. Their most recent role was at J.M. Adjustment Services, LLC, where they served as the Director of Business Development. Lance is currently the National Director of Collections at Western Dental & Orthodontics.

Lance Perry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Sonoma State University from 1987 to 1991. Lance also attended Rancho Alamitos High School from 1982 to 1985. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Sonoma State University.
