Mark Gaither

Mark Gaither is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal counsel, currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager at Western Digital since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mark practiced law at the Law Office of Mark A. Gaither for over 25 years, focusing on providing affordable legal representation to non-profits and leveraging corporate insights into risk management and business contracts. Mark has held various legal positions, including roles at Cisco Systems, Commerce One, and as legal counsel for educational institutions and non-profit organizations. Additionally, Mark contributed to the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association as legal counsel and served as House Parent at Milton Hershey School, fostering impoverished students.
