Sijan Shrestha

Sijan Shrestha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality and reliability engineering, currently serving as a Principal Quality & Reliability Lead at Western Digital since June 2016. In this role, Sijan drives the quality and reliability of SATA/PCIe SSDs throughout their lifecycle, troubleshooting failures and conducting root cause analyses to enhance production testing. Prior to Western Digital, Sijan held positions at SanDisk® as a Senior Characterization Engineer and Micron Technology as a Probe Engineer, as well as various roles at Cypress Semiconductor, culminating in leadership as a Senior Staff Test Engineer and Program Manager. Sijan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from M.S.R.I.T, Bangalore, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University.
