Brad Flitton began their work experience in 1996 at Portola Packaging, where they served as a Team Leader in plastics manufacturing. During their time there, they managed a team, exceeded production targets, and became an internal trainer for the company's Lean Enterprise System. In 2002, Flitton joined Western Forest Products as part of their North American Sales team. Brad went on to hold various roles within the company, including Manager of Commodity Lumber Sales and General Manager of International Sales & Marketing. Currently, Flitton serves as the Director of Sales, responsible for key segments of Western Red Cedar, Japan, China, and Commodity products. Brad leads a team of managers and oversees a team of over 20 people. Flitton completed their MBA in Executive Management at Royal Roads University.

Brad Flitton earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of British Columbia in 2001. Brad pursued further education and received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Executive Management from Royal Roads University between 2003 and 2005.
