Ethan Rong currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Senior Director of Development at Western AI and Vice President of Projects at Western Founders Network since May 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Production Engineer Fellow at Meta & Major League Hacking and Machine Learning Intern at Lillup. Ethan has also worked as an IT Project Assistant for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and as a Model UN Teaching Assistant at LinkedKey Enrichment Center, mentoring over thirty junior competitors. Additionally, experience includes a position as a Junior Analyst at the Global Research and Consulting Group - Ivey Chapter and a Research Assistant at Interdisciplinary Research and Educational Services. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Western University and an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
