Human Resources and Recruitment

The Human Resources and Recruitment team at the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation is dedicated to attracting and supporting talent within the organization and its scholarship programs. Focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, the team works to recruit, develop, and retain skilled individuals, particularly in relation to caddie recruitment and educational initiatives. They also ensure a positive work environment while managing human resource processes to facilitate the mission of empowering deserving caddies through education.
