Greg Hiatt

Greg Hiatt is a software engineer at Western Governors University since July 2015, where responsibilities have evolved from QA engineering tasks to include coding and administration within the Salesforce environment. Previously, Greg served as a QA Test Engineer for various Salesforce projects, focusing on creating test cases for Salesforce RFCs in Qtest. Prior to joining Western Governors University, Greg worked as a Correctional Specialist I for the State of Utah from January 2005 to July 2015, managing caseloads and handling parole/probation violation reports and warrants. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Development from Western Governors University, completed between 2017 and 2019, and attended Salt Lake Community College from 2011 to 2017.
