Heather Quiroga

Heather Quiroga, M.Ed., has a diverse background in education and counseling, currently serving as an Enrollment Counselor at Western Governors University since September 2022. Additionally, Heather maintains roles as a Global Interviewer and ESL Teacher with iTutorGroup, an English Tutor at Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College, and an ESL Teacher with several organizations including VIPKID, Magic Ears Official, and as an Independent Contractor since August 2017. Academically, Heather earned a Master’s Degree in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University and holds degrees in Community Development with a concentration in Health Sciences from Central Michigan University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College.
