Lola da Silva MOL has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Lola started their career in 2011 at Blaine and Associates as a Human Resources professional, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Premier Healthcare Services as a Talent Acquisition specialist, responsible for external recruitment and staffing operations. Lola stayed with Premier Healthcare Services until November 2016. From December 2016 to September 2017, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Alls Well Inc, where they developed a thorough understanding of client culture and goals through client visits. Since September 2017, they have been working at Western Growers as part of the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team.

Lola da Silva MOL has a diverse education history. In 2005, they enrolled at the College of Saint Mary and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business in 2009. Lola then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Organizational Leadership degree from the same institution, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from 2009 to 2010.
