Jason Plant has extensive experience in health care leadership roles, currently serving as Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Western Health since November 2014. Notable positions held at Western Health include Deputy Executive Director, Operations (Acting), and Divisional Director of both Perioperative & Critical Care Services and Chronic and Complex Care. Additional roles include Director of the HealthLinks Chronic Care Program and Business Analyst & Service Improvement Lead. Jason Plant is also involved with Education Training and Employment Australia and served as a VFL Development Coach for Essendon Football Club. A member of the Governance Committee for Safer Care Victoria, Jason Plant previously worked as NUM in the Ambulatory Service at Austin Health. Jason Plant holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing from Latrobe University.
