Rachyl Brooks is currently employed at Western Health as the Patient Feedback Lead and Patient Representative Team Lead. Prior to their current role, Rachyl worked at Royal Freemasons LTD as a Case Manager. Additionally, Rachyl served as a Covid-19 Helpline Call Handler and DHHS Contact Tracing Representative at Fullerton Health on behalf of DHHS. Rachyl also has experience as an Occupational Health Nurse at Jobfit Health Group and as a Practice Nurse at Keilor Downs Medi-Clinic. Rachyl holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Victoria University.
