Shane Crowe is an Adjunct Professor at Victoria University and Deakin University, currently serving as the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery at Western Health. With a background in healthcare management, Shane has experience in leading large-scale projects and workforce reform initiatives within various healthcare organizations, including the Department of Health & Human Services in Victoria and Austin Health. Shane's expertise lies in strategic leadership, operational oversight, and implementing innovative approaches to healthcare delivery.
