Sharon Read is currently serving as Acting Director of the Western Health Foundation, overseeing change management and transformation. With previous experience in executive roles at cohealth, Neami National, and Western Region Health Centre, Sharon has a strong background in managing people operations, organizational change, and culture. Sharon has also served as Director of Counselling at Moreland Community Health Service and as Chief Executive Officer at North West Community Resource Exchange. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Graduate Diploma in Business Leadership and Management from RMIT University.
