O'Leary Patrick

O'Leary Patrick has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. O'Leary started as a Vice President at Miller & Schroeder in 1989 and worked there until 1998. O'Leary then joined Dougherty & Company as a Senior Vice President from 1998 to 2005. After that, they joined Piper Jaffray as a Managing Director and worked there from 2005 to 2015. In 2014, they became a Partner at Grindstone Partners, LLC, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Western Home Communities, starting in November 2020.

O'Leary Patrick attended Lawrence University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Their studies focused on Economics and Slavic Linguistics.
