Jeff Roiland

Jeff Roiland is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as CEO of Western Iowa Networks since March 2017, Jeff previously held the position of President and CEO at Lake Communications from November 2011 to March 2017. Additionally, as Project Manager at Lake Connections, Jeff successfully managed a $70 million ARRA stimulus project in Northeastern Minnesota. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Windstream/Iowa Telecom/En-Tel Communications, where Jeff oversaw all operational aspects of a regional multi-million dollar company. Jeff began the career in customer service and marketing roles at Lakedale Telephone Company and Lakedale Communications, respectively. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Management and Administration with a minor in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
