Gordon Murray

Gordon Murray currently serves as a Training Officer at Western Isles Construction Training Group since December 2020. Prior to this role, Gordon was an SNP group leader at Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar from May 2012 to October 2022, and owned the Murray International Language Centre from August 2006 to May 2015. Gordon's earlier experience includes positions as a youth worker at Western Isles Council and as an investment administrator at Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, and Edinburgh Fund Managers. Gordon's educational background includes a TQFE in Education from the University of Aberdeen, a Cert TESOL from Trinity College Dublin, and a Master of Arts in General Studies from the University of Glasgow. Additionally, Gordon attended the Nicolson Institute from 1954 to 2006.
