David Richter is a dedicated research assistant at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, focusing on the innovative use of autologous blood clots to enhance wound healing in Dr. Li’s Lab. Previously, David served as an MCAT coach at Prep101 and contributed significantly to vascular neuroscience research at Robarts Research Institute, whereby an undergraduate thesis was completed investigating PKC isoforms in cerebral artery constriction. David also held leadership roles as Vice President Finance of the Faculty of Health Sciences Students' Council and as a Director of Communications in various student charity initiatives, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement and student development. With extensive experience in research, education, and community outreach, David holds a BHSc (Hons.) from Western University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree.
