Olivia Rockwell, MPH, is currently a Doctoral Student at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, having begun this role in August 2023. Rockwell has also served as a HMP Governance Lab Fellow and Research Associate in Genomics, Law, & Society at the University of Michigan, where research focused on genomics under the guidance of Dr. Shobita Parthasarathy, culminating in a literature review. Prior experience includes roles as a Grader at the University of Michigan School of Nursing, an Information Desk Assistant at the University of Michigan Law School, and a Contract Researcher and Visiting Researcher at the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies. Additional positions held include Business and Contracts Specialist at Granicus, Policy Intern for Senator Lena C. Taylor, and various roles during academic tenure at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Rockwell holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a degree in Public Policy from Korea University.
