Cory Carter

Cory Carter is an accomplished project manager currently employed at Western Midstream and Protect Controls Inc. since January 2024. Prior to these roles, Cory was a project engineer at MBA Energy & Industrial, where responsibilities included site visits, scope clarification, and cost estimation. Experience also includes positions as a process engineer at Texas Tissue Converting, where implementation of 6S manufacturing improved workspace organization, and as an engineering technician, achieving significant production increases. Earlier career milestones include a department manager position at Walmart and a manufacturing engineer role at United Electric Company - Magic Aire, where efficiency improvements were made through lean production principles. Cory holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Midwestern State University.
