Fraser McNeil

Fraser McNeil has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Director of STX Operations at Western Midstream since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and enhancing operational excellence. Prior to this role, Fraser held various leadership positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as an Audit Advisor in Operations Consulting from March 2015 to October 2019. Fraser's career at Halliburton spanned nearly a decade, during which time roles included Account Manager for Global operations, Country Technology Manager, Global Product Champion in Production Enhancement, Product & Service Liaison, and Field Engineer focused on Production Enhancement. Fraser began the professional journey as a Cementing Engineer at Halliburton from June 2002 to December 2005.
