Scott Walch

Scott Walch is an experienced maintenance and operations supervisor with a diverse background in plant operations and safety management. Currently serving as Maintenance Supervisor at Western Midstream since September 2022, Scott previously held roles at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP and Oasis Petroleum. Prior experience includes safety management at Waste Management and a senior safety specialist position at Kinder Morgan, following the acquisition of Hiland Partners, where Scott worked as a Senior EHS Representative. Scott's career began as a Trooper with the ND Highway Patrol, and education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Jamestown College and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
