Karly Stelzer

Karly Stelzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water resources and program development. Currently serving as the Program Development Lead for the City of Houston since September 2022, Karly has previously held positions such as Water Resources Analyst at Western Municipal Water District, Resilience Planner Specialist for Harris County, and Water Consulting Professional at KNG Water Consulting. Karly also has a strong background in water planning and policy management, having worked at Western Municipal Water District from February 2010 to September 2019. Karly Stelzer holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from San Jose State University.
