Luke Stobel

Luke Stobel is an experienced higher education professional, currently serving as the Dean of Student Success at Western Nebraska Community College since November 2014. Previously held positions include Executive Director and Director of Student Success, as well as Advising Director, showcasing a strong focus on student advising, retention programming, and enrollment initiatives. Prior to this, Luke worked as a Learn to Dream Retention Specialist at Southeast Community College and gained valuable insights through various internships in student services and athletic administration. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, a Master’s degree in Higher Educational Administration/Student Affairs from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Additionally, Luke has a background in agriculture, having worked on a family farm for 15 years.
