Caroline Wood

Caroline Wood has over three decades of experience in ministry and organizational leadership. Since July 2008, Caroline has been with the Western North Carolina Conference UMC, currently serving as the Director of Missional Engagement and Connectional Ministries, and previously held roles as Associate Director of Discipleship Ministry and Director of Ministries with Youth and Young Adults. Prior to this, Caroline served as Chief Operating Officer at Global Teams from May 1988 to May 2008, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to both operational excellence and community engagement in a faith-based context.
