Dana Rae K.

Dana Rae K. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Dana Rae began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman at RW Selby & Company from 2000 to 2005. Dana Rae then moved on to the American Wine & Food Festival, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2010, planning and executing a three-day charity event. From 2005 to 2015, Dana served as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager at California Pizza Kitchen, managing national gift card programs, increasing brand awareness, and leading cookbook initiatives. Dana Rae then joined Barfresh Food Group Inc (BRFH) as the Director of Marketing & People, where they provided leadership in people operations and marketing strategy from 2015 to 2020. Currently, Dana is working at Western Office as the Director of People & Culture, responsible for leading people operations initiatives and driving a high-performance, high-growth mindset. In 2023, they will take on the role of Vice President of People & Administration at the same company.

Dana Rae K. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California. Additionally, they are a member of Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology, and has obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
