Beverly West

Beverly West serves as the Director of Academic Affairs at Western Oregon University since November 2020, overseeing academic operations including budget development, personnel management, and strategic projects such as the Willamette Promise and Fall Kickoff. With a prior role as Project Manager within the same institution from July 2018 to October 2020, Beverly identified and coordinated various Academic Affairs projects, while ensuring compliance as an officer for NC-SARA. Beverly also possesses extensive legal experience as an attorney at multiple law firms and has contributed to academic initiatives such as the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and mediation at San Francisco Superior Court. Beverly holds a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, a BA in Business from Holy Names University, and an Associate of Arts in Business/Commerce from College of Alameda.
