Desiree Noah

Desiree Noah is an experienced executive leader in human resources and compliance, currently serving as the Executive Director at Western Oregon University since June 2023. Prior to this role, Desiree held multiple positions at Clatsop Community College, including Executive Director of People, Safety & Compliance, and Director of Human Resources & Title IX Coordinator, where responsibilities centered on strategic leadership, operational improvements, employee relations, and best practices. Desiree's extensive experience at La Sierra University, spanning from 2001 to 2020, includes roles such as Assistant Director of Human Resources and HR Analyst, contributing to university-wide HR initiatives and managing student employment programs. Additionally, Desiree has held leadership positions in professional associations, including President of the National Student Employment Association and the Western Association of Student Employment Administrators. Desiree holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BFA in Fine Art from La Sierra University.
