Keely Killpack, PhD, is an experienced Executive Consultant at Killpack Inc. since August 2017, specializing in organizational alignment and change adoption initiatives, leveraging 18 years of client experience along with insights from the book "Change Rx for Healthcare." Additionally, Keely serves as an Adjunct Professor at both Western Oregon University and Portland State University.
