Kyle Baltz

Kyle Baltz is a skilled sales engineer and platform specialist at Western Pacific Storage Solutions, specializing in the promotion of engineered industrial platforms since November 2022. Previously, Kyle served as a new product development specialist, focusing on ideation and market expansion for formed metal products. As the president of Swift Hanger LLC from March 2019 to November 2022, Kyle established and developed the business around the Swift® Hanger, specifically designing manufacturing equipment and processes. Earlier experience at Rehrig Pacific Company included roles as design project manager, design manager, senior design engineer, and tooling engineer, where Kyle independently engineered product families and managed a design team, contributing to substantial advancements in product design and manufacturing methods. Kyle's career began at Danaher Tool Group as a plant engineer, gaining foundational skills in metal tooling and high-volume production processes. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
