Larry Picard

Larry Picard has been working as a foreman at Western Partitions since January 2011. Prior to that, Larry also worked as a foreman at Cascade Acoustics, Inc. Larry has a background in engineering from their time in the US Army and has received education from Oregon City High and Hamilton High Mon.
