Teddi Stark is a seasoned professional in watershed management with extensive experience in forest conservation and environmental education. Currently serving as Watershed Forestry Program Manager for both the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy since October 2019 and February 2017 respectively, Teddi coordinates the statewide Riparian Forest Buffer Initiative under a contract with the DCNR. Previous roles include Resource Conservation Technician and Watershed Specialist at Juniata County Conservation District, as well as positions as Environmental Education Intern at two state parks. Teddi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Creative Writing from Penn State University, and a Master of Science in Parks and Resource Management from Slippery Rock University, further enhancing expertise in conservation strategies and community outreach.
