Patricia has also worked as an independent contractor for NC Community Colleges, developed online training modules, and authored several books, including "4 Generations @ Work." Western Piedmont Council of Governments
The WPCOG is a regional planning, economic development and service organization which serves 28 local governments in a four-county area of western North Carolina. Members include Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, and Catawba Counties and the 24 cities and towns within those counties. Since 1968, WPCOG has provided planning services, project administration and technical assistance to its member governments and the region as a whole. Its professional staff of 68 persons is headquartered in Long View, North Carolina.
