Jessica Todd is an experienced professional currently serving as the Social Performance Team Leader at Western Power since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica enjoyed a long tenure at Kinetic IT from October 2013 to August 2024, where responsibilities included Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Participation, overseeing workforce planning and community engagement, as well as roles as Workforce Analyst and Recruitment Advisor. Earlier career experiences include serving as Lead Consultant for HR & Project Support at Marble Group and as a Travel Consultant at The Travel Lounge. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University. Additionally, Jessica completed a course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in July 2023.
