Lei Sun

Lei Sun is an experienced finance professional specializing in treasury and insurance management, currently serving as the Treasury & Insurance Team Leader at Western Power since January 2021. Previously, Lei held multiple roles, including Financial Market Analyst and Treasury Specialist at South32, and Treasury Manager at Austal. Experience includes managing cash flow forecasting, analyzing insurance needs, developing risk models, and overseeing foreign currency exposures. Lei has a comprehensive background in financial risk management and corporate finance, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and ongoing MBA studies at Curtin University, alongside completion of the CPA Program through CPA Australia.
