Nicole Quint

Nicole Quint is an accomplished educator and consultant in occupational therapy with extensive experience in professional development and educational consulting. Currently serving as Program Director for the Post-professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy program and Professor at Nova Southeastern University, Nicole emphasizes compassionate education and advocacy in K-12 and higher education. Alongside roles with multiple consulting organizations, including Montage Diversity Consultants and Quintessential Consulting, Nicole has led initiatives to enhance service delivery in private schools and developed innovative programs for Broward County Public Schools. With a strong academic background including a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, Nicole employs evidence-based approaches and strategic planning to support educational leaders and improve student outcomes.
