Amber Scott

Amber Scott is an experienced health care professional with a background in coordinating primary care and chronic disease management, currently serving as Coordinator Primary Care and Chronic Disease at Western Queensland PHN since July 2023. Prior roles include Primary Health Care Officer at CCQ - Country to Coast QLD, Practice Support Officer at PHN Central Queensland Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast, and Health Outcomes Field Officer at Sunshine Coast Medicare Local.
