Construction & Project Management Team

The Construction & Project Management Team at WRS is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The team includes a Construction Manager who supervises on-site activities, a Project Engineer who provides technical support and ensures engineering specifications are met, a Project Manager who plans, executes, and closes project phases, and a Construction Scheduler/Estimator who prepares project schedules and estimates costs. Their combined expertise allows WRS to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency across diverse projects in the refineries and heavy civil sector.
