Amanda Sanchez

Manager, Organizational Development at Western Refining

Amanda is the Organizational Development Manager for Franklin Mountain Management, LLC. In this capacity, Amanda oversees the Training & Development, Communications, Wellness and Performance Management functions for the organization.

Prior to joining FMM, Amanda served as the Global Corporate Training Manager for Helen of Troy. Amanda has over 20 combined years in education, facilitation, training, and development. Amanda currently sits on the Board of Directors for Family Service of El Paso and the El Paso Coalition for the Homeless and is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Amanda has a BA in English & American Literature from The University of Texas at El Paso, an MA in English from Sul Ross State University, and a Doctor of Management with a focus on Leadership Development from University of Phoenix.
