Maike Amann

Mareike Amann currently serves as the Associate Dean for Residential Life and Programming at Western Reserve Academy, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mareike worked at the University of Washington from July 2021 to July 2023, first as Area Director and previously as Resident Director, overseeing operations for a residential building housing over 900 students. Responsibilities included staff management, crisis response, and collaboration with academic departments. Mareike holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Carroll University.
