Kirsten Fitzgerald

Kirsten Fitzgerald is an experienced professional in genealogy and education, currently serving as a Genealogist at The Connected Root since January 2022. With a long-standing role as a Museum Educator at the Western Reserve Historical Society since September 2009, Kirsten excels in researching and teaching 19th-century history while organizing engaging educational programs. Kirsten also contributed to genealogical projects at FamilySearch as a Genealogical Researcher, successfully creating the "Build the Buckeye" community tree project. In addition to a robust educational background in family history research and entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University - Idaho, Kirsten has experience in theater education, having taught children's theater and developed inclusive curriculum at Weathervane Playhouse.
