Christie Silverstein, APR has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Christie is currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Western Resource Advocates, where they are involved in advancing clean energy and protecting the environment. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Public Engagement at Expect More Arizona from 2013 to 2021. In this role, they developed and implemented communication strategies to promote education in Arizona and collaborated with various stakeholders. Before that, they worked as the Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Arizona Forward from 2010 to 2013. Christie also has experience as an Account Supervisor at Cramer-Krasselt Public Relations from 2007 to 2010 and as an Account Director at rbb Public Relations from 2005 to 2007. Christie began their career at The Apple Organization, where they progressed from Assistant Account Executive to Senior Account Executive. During their time there from 2002 to 2005, they managed real estate accounts, developed PR campaigns, coordinated marketing materials, and organized client events.

Christie Silverstein, APR attended Florida International University from 1999 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Their field of study focused on Public Relations & Marketing.
