Crystal Bohm

Crystal Bohm has extensive work experience in human resources. Crystal is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Western Smokehouse Partners, where they oversee all HR functions. Previously, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at the same company.

Before joining Western Smokehouse Partners, Crystal worked at Knox College as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for HR initiatives and was responsible for enhancing employee satisfaction.

Crystal also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Martin Sullivan Inc/Kleine Equipment, where they played a key role in developing HR strategies during a merger and acquisition. Crystal implemented new processes, developed an employee handbook, and introduced performance review and bonus structures.

Earlier in their career, Crystal served as an Operations Manager at Envision Insurance Group, LLC.

Throughout their career, Crystal has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills in managing human resources for organizations of various sizes.

Crystal Bohm attended Bradley University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management. Crystal also studied at the Bradley University: Foster College of Business with a focus on BS HR Management.
