Paul Curlee

Paul Curlee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul began their career in the military, serving in various roles in the US Army from 2008 to 2014. During their time in the Army, they held positions such as Staff Coordinator, Organization Manager, Master Air Defense Planner, Small Unit Manager, and Group Supervisor. Paul received commendations for their exceptional work, including developing training plans, integrating organizations into cross-functional exercises, and developing contingency plans.

After leaving the military, Curlee worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Gunite Corporation and Accuride Corporation in 2014. Paul then joined United Technologies in 2015 as a Materials Manager, where they managed operations related to material, logistics, and market-based operations.

Curlee further expanded their career in supply chain management by joining TruStile Doors in 2016 as a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, they implemented vendor performance systems, consolidated vendor base and freight planning systems, resulting in cost savings and improved efficiency.

In 2017, they joined EY as a Manager and later became a Senior Manufacturing Consultant. At EY, they were regarded as the go-to person for yield loss improvement and comprehensive MRO transformations. Paul implemented statistical process control management systems, achieving significant increases in throughput and yield loss savings for clients.

In 2023, Curlee joined PwC as a Senior Manager and Western Smokehouse Partners as the VP of SC&O (Supply Chain and Operations). Their role at PwC lasted from March to April 2023, while they continue to work at Western Smokehouse Partners.
