Ben Fotsch

Ben Fotsch currently serves as VP of Digital Customer Acquisition and CEO of Gerber Life Agency at Western & Southern Financial Group, where Ben has been employed since June 2014. Prior roles at the same organization include VP of Digital Strategy & Execution, Assistant Vice President of M&A and Strategic Investments, and Leadership Development Program Associate. Ben's initial experience at Western & Southern began with an internship in the Leadership Development Program. Prior to this, Ben completed the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE, which involved four rotations, Six Sigma certification, and a capstone project that achieved significant operational improvements. Earlier internships included positions at GE Power & Water, GE Aviation, and The Great Game of Business. Ben Fotsch holds an M.B.A. in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
